NEWS 2/25 - Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, I just got the music for the new and improved "Hefty Hefty Hefty Stinky Stinky Stinky spot", taken from a track of mine called Boulevard. I think someone actually recorded this off their tv with a cam. Sweet!! 2/1 - My career has finally peaked! My cue "Travels" was used as the underscore for an infomercial for a fabulous new product called "Mighty Mendit", pitched by the god of all tv hucksters, Billy Mays of OxyClean fame. Here is the original track if you're interested. Remember, it's not some crappy, cheap-ass glue, it's an amazing flexible bonding agent! Finally, there are no more mountains for me to climb!! 9/19 - I'm moderating a panel on production music and music libraries for the Composer's Expo East in NYC tomorrow. It should be a good time for all. Check out this short film I scored for GE. I think it's hilarious! (This might take a minute to load, so please be patient.) 4/1 - This year's Daytime Emmy nominations just came out, and I received three: one for Outstanding Achievment in Music Direction and Composition in a Drama Series, and two in the category Best Original Song. Both songs were written for the Zarf/Zoe character. 12/15 - I had the opportunity to compose and record a series of theme cues for a new All My Children character named Zarf, who is getting a lot of national press. Toby Seay engineered for me, with my good friend Sarah Jane Cion on piano and the lovely and talented Krista Nielsen on cello. Read all about Zarf here |
